If your church, school, adoption agency or other organization would like to host an Adoption or Parenting Workshop Series, please contact The CBL Parenting Institute of Conquered By Love Ministries at (877) 665-5237 for scheduling. You have an option of scheduling a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday evening series or a Friday/Saturday series. Below are the details that you need in order to host the Parenting Workshop Series.
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday Workshop Series are held in workshop sessions each evening from 6:30pm to 9pm. Friday/Saturday Workshop Series are held with a Friday workshop session from 6:30pm to 9pm, a Saturday morning workshop session from 10am to 12:30pm, and a Saturday afternoon workshop session from 2pm to 4:30pm. Each session includes teachings, music, interactive activities, and Q&A time. The host also needs to allow for approximately an additional half hour of time following each session for workshop attendees to fellowship with the Razvi family and view the materials we offer to supplement the things taught in the workshop.
Upon scheduling the Parenting Workshop Series, CBL Parenting Institute will e-mail you a file with flyers and program inserts that you can print and use to spread the word about your upcoming Parenting Workshop Series.
The Razvi family travels together and presents workshops as a family. To present a Parenting Workshop Series at your organization, our needs are as follows:
- Travel expenses for the family – This covers gas expense for mid-Atlantic states or airfare for 14 along with rental vehicle(s)/gas for areas outside the mid-Atlantic region.
- Accommodations for the Razvi family - This can be 4 hotel rooms for each of three nights beginning the first night of the seminar. We are also happy to bring sleeping bags and stay with a smoke free/cat free host family or in the church building. But we do not split up to stay with multiple families.
- Food for the days of the conference – This can be provided through restaurants, or by families of the church (we refrain from eating sugar or sugar substitutes and we only drink water), or simply by giving us access to a stove.
- We do not charge any fees for the Workshops, but do accept offerings/donations to the ministry. Host organizations may choose to charge a fee per parent or per couple for the Parenting Workshop Series in order to cover the expenses.
