Shipping Policy

The majority of the products and services for sale on CBL Parenting Institute's website are not shippable (i.e., the parent coaching program or online classes). For products and services such as these, CBL Parenting Institute (CBL) will contact you regarding scheduling and logistics. Most programs will begin within 5-10 business days.
Note: Occasionally, an order may take much longer than normal to process if we are traveling on a conference tour (we do this as a family). If such is the case with your order, we will let you know when the estimated ship date will be.

When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship within 1 or 2 business days. You should expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
What shipping companies do you use?
Since 2011, we have been exclusively using the US Postal Service for shipping orders to our customers.
What are your shipping charges?
As of 3/9/2013, shipping charges are as follows:
USPS: $5.00 (anywhere in the US)
